Professionally, Dr. Olga has worked across diverse industries, bringing a unique blend of leadership, strategy, creativity, and execution to her work. With more than a decade of experience as a Senior Project Manager in South Florida, she has led commercial construction projects ranging from small tenant build-outs to multimillion-dollar developments, including churches, clinics, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces. She is known for excellence, integrity, stewardship, and leadership under pressure.

Her years in construction gave her more than professional expertise. They gave her a builder’s perspective on life, leadership, faith, and transformation. She understands that strong vision requires strong structure, that foundations matter, and that what is built with care can carry lasting impact. This insight now shapes her work with individuals, leaders, businesses, ministries, and movements.

Beyond physical construction, Dr. Olga carries a calling to help build God’s Church and awaken people to who they are in Christ. As a prophetic voice, author, speaker, life coach, and creator, she equips believers and emerging leaders to step into identity, alignment, execution, and transformation.
